Step 1: Prepare Required Documents

Step 2: Apply for a Family Visa (Istiqdam Visa)
You can apply through:
Option A: MOI Absher Platform (only for some categories)

Go to: My Services > Expatriate Services > Family Visa Services

Fill in all required details.

Submit and print the application.
Option B: Istiqdam Office (Manual Application)

Fill the Istiqdam application form (available at Maktab Istiqdam).
Pay SAR 2,000 via SADAD ( regardless of the number of children).

Take appointment in Istiqdam Office via absher
Submit all documents in person.

Receive a yellow slip (visa approval document).
Step 3: Send Visa Approval to Your Home Country

Send the yellow slip (visa approval copy) to your family.

They should apply for the visa through the Saudi Embassy or VFS/Tasheel center in your country.
Step 4: Family Visa Stamping Process (in home country)
Family members should visit an authorized visa processing center (e.g., VFS Global or Etimad).
