How to put keyboard shortcut to any program or files in Windows platform Pc or Laps.

1. You need administrator privileges to do this.
2. Program is accessed using Run command.
3. First create shortcut for the desired program.
4. Copy shortcut to C:/-Windows-System32 
5. Warning message will appear, ignore it. But remind that you do this only to software you trust.
6. Rename it as required. For simplicity you can rename to first letter of programs, so that you only need to type that single letter in command area.
7. After that close window.
8. Press Win+R or Type Run in Search area and select it.
9. Run dialogue box will appear.
10. Type name of file/short cut in system32 folder.
11. Thats it..!
