Green Tea and CTC Tea

Green Tea

The leaf marked as 2 is taken for making green tea. This leaf has the second most medicinal value. Most of us dont know that drinking green tea in morning with bare stomach is not good for health, because it contains some anti bacterial elements which kills natural bacteria s in stomach. For the preparation of green and white tea, we should put tea powder and switch off fire just before bubbles come from boiling water.

Black Tea

This tea contains least medicinal value and third leaf is used for its production. In the picture it is marked as no. 3. There are two types of black tea. Orthodox and CTC tea. They differ in the method of production.
CTC abbreviated for Crushing, Tearing, Curling. First leaf is crushed in machine and then teared and after that curled so that water is again absorbed by leaf itself.

Preparation of Tea

Everyone of us may have prepared tea at least for one time. But was it in correct way.Lets see.
First take some water and boil it. When water boils put some tea powder and close the fire immediately. Wait for 5 minutes put some sugar if required. The point is that we shouldn't keep boiling water after putting tea powder.

Something about Tea

I visited Munnar, a high range region in Kerala, India. An excellent scenic beauty that makes kerala worth its name 'Gods own country'. Even though many crops were experimentally planted in this region in 1880's, they were not successful until Tea. Planting of Tea was very successful and now major portion of area is used for tea plantation.
Kannan Devan Hills Plantation Company (KDHPC) and Tata Tea Plantations holds major portion here.

Places To Visit

Madupetty dam, Echo point, Eravikulam National Park, Tata Tea Museum and some waterfalls. Of these  Eravikulam National Park and Tata Tea Museum have Rs.65/- and Rs.75/- entrance fee respectively.
Authorities will take you in mini bus for trekking to some distance and after you have some distance to walk. If you are lucky you can see Nilgiri Tahr there. You can see variety of flora with its scientific and native names there.
In Tea Museum, you can see old Pelton wheel used for power generation to company, old telegrams etc...Factory over there is a small one, what I mean is that there isn't need of large factory to process tea.You will have a tasty cup of Tea free from there.

From the class

There are three types of tea, white tea, green tea and black tea.

1.White Tea

This tea have the most medicinal value than other two tea and is produced from the tender most bud of plant.

From the figure, first leaf (marked as 1) is used to make white tea. Thus naturally a large number of plants are needed to making white tea and its cost is above Rs.6000 per Kg.

Even if we live in our home with our family, all our family members face different situations, different real life experience, do different tasks etc...Thus everyone in a family will have knowledge in different areas.
An information that son have, may be of useful to his father at-least once in a lifetime. But what will happen if he doesn't shares information with his father..! Exactly you are right. Father will have to depend on some others.
This isn't just in case of a family. Our society, our state, our nation ....everyone passes through different experiences and may be that moment will be the first and last one. The knowledge we gain from that particular experience should be a guiding factor for others, so that we lessens the possibility of unnecessary errors and widens our knowledge base.

For example, one will have a lot to say if he goes to an interview like type of questions asked to him or to  persons with him.
Thus whenever we do something, we gathers information.

So I have decided to post my various 'eye sights' to you....
I have decided to post my experiences on different areas.

I am also welcome you to take part in this venture by sending information that you want to expose before public....Post can be of any type with one condition that information should be your experience, not by reading in any books or by browsing any sites.

Some examples are:
1. If you are working in a factory, various procedures to get the product out or types of machines used in factory and why that particular type is used there.
2. If you are working in any power substations/generating stations/load dispatch center etc...their SLD's, feeders, capacity of generating station etc..etc...
3. If you had visited any place, how did you go there, cost, places to see, things to remember etc..
4. If you know any software/hardware cracking techniques..
5. How to obtain driving license from India, Saudi Arabia, UAE etc...its cost
6. If you had landed in a new country, its rules and regulations, how you obtain visa, what you had done for it etc..

List goes on and goes on....
You obtain an information for every single piece of work you do...that we need...to help others....

You may send your posts to myeyesights@gmail.com

One again I like to say that I will publish your name and mail address/or your organisation name along with your post.
