How to apply online for voters ID card?

Now you can apply for voters ID card online, that is you don't have to wait for long queue...Election commissioners agents (BLO-Booth Level Officer) will visit you for the verification of details...

First you need following details for applying online, so get them first and sit before your lap:
1.Your address including house number
2.Your fathers  ID card no or any others that resides near you..(For determining your voting booth)
3.Aadhaar no.(Not mandatory)
4.Passport size photo.( Even though it is not mandatory, it is better to have it, because if not given at this stage you will have to give a hard copy when BLO visits you for verification of details.)

Now get started :

1. Visit state chief election officers website.
     Click here for  Kerala.
2. Click Proceed on dialog box that appears.
3. Fill the details and Click 'Proceed to Step 2'
3. Here you can give your personal details and Tick Mark to agree the affidavit.
4. Then click save. That's it.You have done.
